Physical Education & Health
This dual emphasis prepares you to teach both physical education and health for middle and high school students. At many schools, these roles are combined into one position, giving you the opportunity to help students build healthy habits, understand their bodies, and take care of their overall wellness. As you prepare to teach, you’ll study human development, fitness, and wellness while learning how to guide and mentor students through both physical growth and personal well-being.
