Access Your Applicant Portal
Your applicant portal is where you can view your official acceptance letter and complete next steps like submitting your enrollment deposit.
Your Next Steps to Enroll
These steps will help you prepare for enrollment and get ready for your first semester at Corban. You don’t need to do everything at once. Just follow them in order.
1. Submit the FAFSA
To receive your best financial aid offer, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Corban’s FAFSA school code: 001339
- Use 2024 tax information
- Aid offers are sent after your FAFSA is received and processed
2. Review Your Financial Aid Offer
After your FAFSA is received and processed, Corban will send your official financial aid offer outlining your scholarships, grants, and other aid. Financial aid offers are sent beginning in early February and continue on a rolling basis.
3. Reserve Your Place (Submit Your Deposit)
Confirm your place in the incoming class by submitting your enrollment deposit through your applicant portal. This step officially secures your spot at Corban and allows you to move forward with class registration and housing.
- $200 tuition deposit
- $100 housing deposit (required for on-campus students)
- Deposit deadline: May 1
You don’t need to wait until the deadline to deposit. Depositing earlier gives you priority in class registration and housing assignments and allows you to move forward with next steps.
4. Complete Housing & Student Life Forms
After you submit your deposit, you’ll receive instructions to complete housing and student life forms required for all students, including the housing survey and immunization form.
Housing forms typically open in late April or early May, even if you deposit earlier.
Residence hall and roommate assignments are announced beginning in June.
5. Register for Classes
Once you’ve deposited, you’ll be connected with your faculty advisor who will help you register for your first semester classes.
Class registration begins in May and is completed with advisor support. You won’t do this alone.
First-year students will also be part of a Freshman Seminar during their first semester, led by their academic advisor and a student from their area of study.
6. Submit Final Transcripts
Final official transcripts are required to complete your enrollment.
- Incoming freshmen: Final high school transcript due by August 1
If you have received college credit, we also need your official college transcript. - Transfer students: Final college transcripts due by August 1
Transcripts must be sent directly from your school to Corban. Official transcripts may be sent electronically through Parchment or emailed directly to admissions@corban.edu.

Understanding Costs & Financial Aid
We know paying for college is a significant decision. At Corban, 99% of students receive financial aid, helping make a Christ-centered education affordable.
Your financial aid offer will include scholarships and grants that reduce your overall cost.
How Financial Aid Works
Your financial aid offer is created after we receive and process your FAFSA and includes scholarships, grants, and other eligible aid. Offers are sent beginning in early spring and continue on a rolling basis.
Scholarships & Grants
Corban offers a variety of academic and need-based scholarships, available in addition to federal, state, and outside grants and scholarships.
Tuition, Fees, & Payment Options
Your financial aid offer will help you understand your remaining balance after scholarships and grants are applied to your student account. Any remaining balance is due by the Friday prior to the start of the semester. Families have several options for managing this cost, and billing details will be shared later in the summer.
Questions or Special Circumstances?
If your family has financial circumstances not reflected on the FAFSA, or if you have questions about your aid offer, our team is here to help.
Student Account & Corban Email
After you submit your enrollment deposit, we’ll let you know when your student account is ready—typically beginning in April or May. You’ll receive instructions for accessing your Corban email and student systems at the email address we have on file from your application.
Once active, your Corban email will be used for official communication related to housing, class registration, billing, and other student services. It’s important to begin checking this account regularly once it’s available.
Housing & Student Life
Life at Corban extends beyond the classroom as you find your place in community with fellow students. Living on campus is a key part of the student experience, and most new undergraduate students live in our residence halls.
Housing Forms & Student Life Requirements
After you submit your deposit, you’ll be guided through required housing and student life forms as part of the enrollment process. The housing survey is required for all new students, including commuters, and is used to assign on-campus housing or review commuter requests.
Housing forms typically open in late April or early May, even if you deposit earlier. Residence hall and roommate assignments are announced beginning in June.
Most new undergraduate students are required to live on campus, which is an important part of the Corban experience. Details about housing requirements and any applicable exceptions are available in the Student Handbook.
Living on Campus
Corban’s residence halls are designed to support community, connection, and growth. Rooms include essential furnishings, and students are encouraged to participate in campus life through residence hall activities and shared experiences.
Meal Plans
On-campus students select a meal plan as part of the housing process. Corban offers a variety of meal plan options to fit different schedules and preferences.
Commuter students may also choose an optional Block Plan for access to campus dining.
All meal plans include Warrior Dollars, which can be used in the dining hall or coffee shop.
Experience Corban for Yourself
Whether you’re able to join us for a scheduled visit day or plan an individual visit, we’d love to welcome you.
Can’t visit in person? Many students enroll without visiting. We’re here to help you learn more in other ways, too.
There’s no better way to get a feel for life at Corban than spending time on campus. When you visit, you’ll meet current students, connect with faculty and staff, and experience our Christ-centered community firsthand.
