Join the great and ongoing conversation of literature. Explore the themes, techniques, and timeless questions of poetry, fiction, and drama as you discover how storytelling reflects the human condition and spiritual truth.
From Beowulf to modern tales, explore how cultures have imagined monsters as a way of confronting fear, evil, and the unknown. This course investigates the symbolic role of the “other” in world literature and how stories of the monstrous help us understand what it means to be human.
Strengthen your ability to think biblically about life and learning. This course introduces Christian and non-Christian worldviews from a biblical-philosophical perspective and challenges you to evaluate life and culture through a gospel-centered lens—preparing you to engage others with grace and clarity.
Unpack the rich history of English. Explore how the language has evolved over time, and dive into its structure through the study of syntax, morphology, and semantics.
A faith-based liberal arts education is the greatest contribution we at Corban can make to the church. To disciple young adult Christians to integrate their faith in all aspects of their lives — their work, their families, their activities — and to openly share their faith with those around them is an honor.
