Corban University Welcomes Jeff Tryka and Rodger Page to Board of Trustees
Corban University is proud to announce the appointment of Jeff Tryka and Rodger Page to its Board of Trustees. Both bring extensive professional experience, a deep commitment to faith, and dedication to advancing Corban’s mission of Christ-centered education.
Jeff Tryka is a longtime supporter of Corban, dating back to his years living in Portland and Seattle from 1999-2004. Though he returned to the Midwest, he has remained a loyal supporter for decades. A native of Chicago, he now resides in Elkhart, Indiana, where he is active in First Baptist Church and various faith-based and charitable organizations.
Professionally, Jeff has focused on finance and investments. After earning an accounting degree from Bucknell University, he began his career on Wall Street before returning to the Midwest to earn an MBA from Indiana University. He most recently served as Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Lambert by LLYC before beginning a new role in August 2025 as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, volunteering, travel, and community theatre.
Rodger Page, a 1988 alumnus of Corban University, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an MBA in Organizational Leadership. Married to Valorie, who also attended Corban, the couple has three children and a granddaughter. For more than three decades, they have been active members of Grace Baptist Church in Redding, California. Rodger brings more than 35 years of healthcare leadership experience. He currently serves as NorthState Market President for CommonSpirit Health in California, overseeing four hospitals and numerous outpatient services. In this role, he has driven strategic growth, service integration, and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Rodger enjoys family time, skiing, pickleball, football, and outdoor activities.
“Rodger’s business leadership experience and understanding of the medical field, along with Jeff’s experience in finance and higher education, will be helpful resources to the Board,” said Board Chair, Rod Hoff. “Both are strongly committed to Corban’s mission and core values and we look forward to their contributions as trustees.”
Corban University warmly welcomes Jeff Tryka and Rodger Page to the Board of Trustees and looks forward to their guidance in shaping the University’s future.
