Report an Incident

Your safety and wellbeing matter to us.

At Corban University, we are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, Christ-centered community. If you have a concern about yourself, another student, or the campus community, please use the options below to submit a report.

Your information helps us respond with care, offer support, and uphold our community standards. You do not have to navigate concerns alone.

If you are in immediate danger or witnessing a crime, call 911.

Academic Support

If you or another student is experiencing challenges that are affecting academic success, please use this form to request assistance with:

  • Academic struggles
  • Attendance concerns
  • Classroom behavior
  • Accessibility or accommodation needs
  • Any issue hindering academic progress

Incident Report

Use this form to share information related to general campus safety or community concerns. Examples include:

  • Campus safety concerns
  • Property damage
  • Disruptive or concerning behavior
  • Bias related concerns
  • Any non-emergency situation that affects campus life

Sexual Harassment or Violence

Corban University takes all reports of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, stalking, and gender-based misconduct seriously. Please report:

  • Sexual harassment
  • Sexual assault or attempted assault
  • Relationship or dating violence
  • Stalking
  • Any form of gender based misconduct

Your report will be reviewed by our Title IX representatives.

Anonymous reports are accepted. However, sharing your name often allows us to provide more direct support and follow-up.

You may also report to a University official directly or talk to a confidential advocate about the situation. Visit our Title IX page for more information on the support available to you.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Health or Wellbeing Concern

Use this form when you believe a student may need additional care or support because you have noticed:

  • Emotional or mental health concerns
  • Physical or medical concerns
  • Signs that a student may be in distress
  • Concerns about a student’s ability to function safely or care for themselves

Student Conduct Concern

Use this form to report behavior that may violate the expectations outlined in the Corban University Student Handbook. Examples include:

  • Alcohol or drug related concerns
  • Behavioral or integrity concerns
  • Residence hall issues
  • Any situation that may be a conduct violation

What Happens After You Submit a Report?

  • Reports are reviewed promptly by the appropriate University team.
  • A staff member may reach out to gather additional information.
  • When possible, we will connect students with support resources and guide next steps.
