About Dr. Medyanik
Throughout her career in higher education, Dr. Medyanik has accumulated extensive experience building professional development programs for faculty and students. In the professional sector, she has grown two successful businesses from the ground up—a construction business she started with her husband, and a leadership development business. Her work in both real-world business settings, and in higher education, has provided invaluable experience and hands-on application to share with her students.
Kristine and her husband, Ivan, have three wonderful sons and a large property where they enjoy hosting family, church, and community gatherings. When not spending time with her family or their two doodles, Kristine and Ivan enjoy carving out time for their yearly scuba dive, having completed nearly 200 dives with sharks, rays, dolphins, whale sharks, and even a trip down to a shipwreck.
