Opening Keynote with Mindee Hardin
What does it look like to turn life’s messy moments into opportunities for impact? Mindee Hardin knows firsthand. As the creator of the multi-million dollar children’s product, Boogie Wipes, she transformed a desperate idea at her kitchen table into a nationally recognized brand. After coaching other Entrepreneurs and business students for the last 10 years, she started Miah Families, a non-profit encouraging the connection of different ages and abilities. Along the way, Mindee discovered that true leadership isn’t about ownership—it’s about stewardship.
In this inspiring keynote, Mindee shares her journey through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and introduces the Faith Driven Entrepreneur LIFE framework that carries her through —Labor, Influence, Finances, and Expertise. This simple yet powerful model will challenge us to see leadership as more than a position or title. It’s about how we steward our time, relationships, resources, and talents to serve others and create lasting change.
Whether you’re leading a business, a team, or your own household, Mindee will encourage you to embrace your unique story, lead with purpose, and use your LIFE to make a difference.
Mindee Hardin is a visionary entrepreneur, author, and speaker whose career spans over two decades of innovative leadership, brand creation, and purpose-driven mentorship. She launched her entrepreneurial journey in 2003 as the owner and producer of Portland’s Northwest Women’s Show, a dynamic event with hundreds of vendors and sponsors that celebrated and connected women across the Pacific Northwest.
In 2007, Mindee made national headlines as the co-founder and inventor of Boogie Wipes, the first saline nose wipe for kids—an innovative product born out of motherhood and grown into a multi-million dollar brand featured in major outlets such as The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, Shark Tank, Disney Moms, People, and Forbes.
After personal challenges presented themselves in scaling and selling Boogie Wipes, Mindee took a purposeful pause to focus on family life and began privately consulting and coaching other entrepreneurs on their start-up journeys. From 2011 to 2018, she walked alongside dozens of founders, offering practical insight and inspiration drawn from her own hard-won experience. Because of her continued grit, in 2016 she was chosen as an Oregon Entrepreneur of the Year, speaking at multiple events across the state and the country.
In 2018, Mindee transitioned her passion for mentorship into education, first as a Young Entrepreneur Instructor and then as the Marketing Director at Valor Christian Schools, operating in 7 countries, where she shaped the next generation of leaders and the families that supported them. The tools she built for students, teachers and parents are used today by thousands, and she is widely respected for blending vision and aspirations and with authenticity and faith.
Today, Mindee operates Miah Families, an Oregon non-profit that creates shared living and recreation spaces for Seniors, Children and Adults with Disabilities She resides in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband Scott and their blended family of six children, ages 16 to 23. She considers her greatest and most sacred work to be the legacy, home and community they’ve built together—rooted in God’s grace, the joy of Jesus and a commitment to raising kind, courageous humans.
