Kylie McMinn Leads Corban Lacrosse in Inaugural Season
“Lacrosse can take any type of athlete and make them a great lacrosse player,” says Kylie McMinn, head coach of Corban’s first-ever women’s lacrosse team. “It’s anyone’s game and it’s everyone’s game. If you want to be good, you can be if you put the time and the work in.”
This March, Paid in Full Oregon celebrated the first completed academic year of its inaugural class. Partnering with Corban University and the Oregon Department of Corrections, Paid in Full Oregon strives to change the culture of Oregon’s prison system through the transformational power of education and the gospel. The nonprofit was founded by Senior Judge Tom Kohl after his long and personal journey with the United States criminal system, witnessing the power of grace and the gospel in transforming prison communities from the inside out.

139 Student Leaders Earn Act Six Leadership Scholarships
Families, schools, and communities are celebrating across the country. Act Six announced that 139 emerging urban and community leaders across the United States will be attending college in the 2021-22 academic year as a part of the Act Six Scholar program, including 10 new students set to arrive on Corban University’s campus this fall.

NWCCU ACCREDITATION
Corban University is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and completed a Year-Seven Comprehensive (Evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness (EIE)) in 2022 for continued accreditation. The comprehensive self-study was followed by an onsite evaluation in October 2022. In February 2023, Corban received reaffirmation of its accreditation for 7 years. Corban University’s last Mid-Cycle Evaluation was fall 2018, and its Policies, Regulations and Financial Review (PRFR) was completed in fall 2021. As of our most recent evaluation, Corban University is compliant with the Standards, Policies, and Eligibility Requirements of the NWCCU.
