Corban University

Students’ health and wellbeing is our top priority at Corban. To serve students’ health needs, both regarding COVID-19 and other health concerns, we are partnering with Timely MD and Santiam Hospital to provide health services to students in both remote and face-to-face formats.

Student Health Center

Corban is partnering with Santiam Hospital in Stayton, Oregon, to have a nurse or physician’s assistant on campus daily for scheduled face-to-face appointments with students.

The Student Health Center, which will be located on the first floor of the Academic Center (formerly the mailroom), will provide face-to-face appointments for students and will have the capability to perform on-campus COVID-19 testing, in partnership with Santiam Hospital.

Telehealth Appointments

Corban will also be providing Timely MD, a telehealth program for students, which will be available 24/7 and will include mental health support as a supplement to Corban’s Counseling Center.

COVIDHealth Email

If students, staff, or faculty begin experiencing COVID-related symptoms or have questions or concerns regarding COVID-19 on campus, they are encouraged to reach out to, which will be monitored by the COVID-19 Response Team.

COVID-19 Prevention Measures

Please see Schedules and Classrooms for additional information about Corban University’s COVID-19 prevention and sanitation measures. For the general campus, Corban is implementing the following:

  • Hand sanitizer stations in high-traffic areas, to be deployed as buildings reopen
  • The use of face coverings required in all public areas where social distancing is not possible to maintain, such as hallways, bathrooms, and spaces for formal and informal gatherings
  • Sanitizing wipes and other cleaning supplies available for students, staff, and faculty to clean shared spaces
  • Daily self-assessment for symptoms is required for students, staff, faculty and guests. (Unsure how to self-screen? Use this self-screening tool.)
  • Temperature checks in certain locations where social distancing or face coverings are difficult to maintain.
