Background: Claudia Green started as an adjunct professor at Corban in 1991 and as full-time faculty in 1994. Prior to Corban, she worked for the Social Security Administration and taught fifth grade and middle school math in the Silver Falls School District.

Affiliations: She is a member of Pentagames (An Oregon-based mathematics contest for seventh and eighth graders), National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Teachers of Teachers of Mathematics and Stewards of Children.

Home Church: Bethany Baptist Church in Salem, Ore.

Family: She is has been married to Jim Green for 35 years and has two daughters, Kathryn, 27 and Kimberly, 24.

Interests: Reading, quilting, plays, concerts and road trips.
