Corban faculty members present papers at international conference

Nine Corban faculty members are presenting papers at the first Faith Learning and the Media of Hope Conference in Karawaci, Indonesia.

The conference, which started Nov. 5 and runs through Nov. 7, is a unique blend of workshops, roundtable discussions and open conversations where Christian media and academic professionals share research, pedagogical insights, innovations in academic administration and unique professional media applications.

The conference includes David Aikman, who spent 23 years with “Time” magazine as a reporter and who is a scholar and man of deep Christian conviction. The conference also features 17-year Wheaton College president Duane Litfin and the National Principal of Laidlaw College, Rodney Phillip Thompson.
