The Traveling Team to visit Corban’s Salem campus

Friday, March 29, 2013

On Monday April 1, Corban University students will have the opportunity to learn how they can share the message of Jesus Christ with a traveling ministry team.

The Traveling Team is dedicated to mobilizing college students because “they are such a teachable and send-able group.” Twelve teams travel to more than 200 campus events each year across the United States. Their mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ with students attending colleges and universities across the United States.

“There are millions of college students who are uninformed about God's heart for the world,” it said on the team’s website. “They are looking to live for something that is bigger than their major but are not finding it. Their view of missions is weak at best or that it is for others. God’s plan is for all believers to be involved and students provide the powerful young force behind histories greatest missions movements.”
