A century of American jazz

The Corban University Jazz Band takes you on a musical journey of 100 years of jazz history.  The free concert will trace the development of this American art form, starting with Dixieland and move into the Big Band Era, bebop, “cool jazz," and contemporary traditions.

The concert will be held in the Psalm Performing Arts Center on Corban’s Salem, Ore. campus. All ages are welcome. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and the doors open 30 minutes prior to the start.

Corban University is located at 5000 Deer Park Dr. SE in Salem. For more information, email Ronda Sherman at rsherman@corban.edu.
