Corban University provides accreditation for International Teachers College (ITC) under the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). ITC is envisioned to be a fruit-bearing ministry of Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) that trains and equips future teachers. It does so from a distinctively Reformed theological framework and with international-standard content and best practices. It seeks to contribute effectively to the educational enterprise in the students’ local countries. It does so for the glory of God and the blessing of the nations through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Students pursue a B.Ed. in Primary (Elementary) Education or a B.Ed. in English Education. Upon graduation, they receive a dual degree from Corban University and the Universitas Pelita Harapan. Students are also given the opportunity to earn an ACSI teaching certification for teaching in Christian schools.

Students from eleven countries currently attend ITC, reflecting its international outlook. ITC also attracts a globally-minded, Christ-centered faculty. Currently, ITC seeks qualified lecturers (Ph.D. preferred) to teach:

  • Biblical Studies
  • English Composition
  • English Literature
  • ESOL
  • History
  • Primary Education
  • Secondary Education
