At Corban, we believe in a holistic model of education. Our professors offer a balance of professional experience with a strong understanding of research and theory. You’ll be equipped to enter the classroom with the tools and confidence you need to be an effective teacher.

The GTL program is nationally accredited by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). This full accreditation acknowledges that the program prepares effective educators who continue to grow as professionals and has demonstrated the commitment and capacity to maintain quality.

Corban is dedicated to equipping teachers to engage their students toward academic success, implement best practices in teaching, and be effective with Common Core standards. Practicums and classroom exposure early in the program allow you to gain practical experience right away, better preparing you for the road ahead.
