This historic building was at one time a part of the State of Oregon's TB hospital.

Remodeled in the summer of 2005, it is now primarily a classroom building but also houses the Student Center and Common Grounds--a Starbuck's espresso bar.

The recently refurbished center has comfortable lounges and games for resident and commuter students.
