Named in honor of President Emeritus John G. Balyo, this three -story residence hall houses 110 students and has such amenities as a student lounge, common kitchen and eating areas, and cozy fireplace. It's lodge-like structure mimics that of Davidson Hall and takes advantage of the picturesque city and valley view below with its large windows and beam-vaulted ceilings.
Located north of Davidson Hall and just below the C.E. Jeffers Sports Center, this new residence hall is close to all classrooms and is in the middle of campus.
