Corban Fitness Center
The Corban community can stay in shape at the Fitness Center free of charge. The Fitness Center has several stationary bikes and treadmills as well as a complete circuit of Hammer strength equipment, elliptical cross trainer machines, and stair climber machines.
Prior to your first exercise session, you will be asked to complete a preparticipation screening questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us identify high-risk individuals who may have medical limitations concerning exercise. If you are identified as a high-risk participant, you will be asked to contact your personal physician to receive a medical evaluation and clearance before starting an exercise program.
