Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides direct support to students, faculty, administrators and alumni with a wide variety of services. It is the desire of the staff to provide these services in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Our primary services include:
- Registration, add/drop, withdrawal
- Declaring/changing a major or minor
- Grade reporting
- Academic transcripts
- Academic appeals
- Enrollment and degree verification
- Academic calendar
- College catalog
- Tracking degree progress (degree audit)
- Graduation and issuing diplomas
- Course schedule building
- Transfer course credits
- Student academic record maintenance
- Name changes
- Veterans academic support
- Implementation/monitoring of academic policies
The Registrar’s office is located in Schimmel Hall, room 108 and is open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday (except on designated school holidays).
