  • Attends Bethany Baptist and is also a member of Pentagames (a middle school math contest for 7th and 8th grade students), National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and Stewards of Children.

  • "Corban’s education program prepares students to teach in both public and private schools. We prepare students to align their profession and their biblical worldview, no matter where God leads them to teach. There are many institutions with education programs, but we are unique in our integration of faith and a biblical perspective in all content and methods courses.

    My parents started supporting Western Baptist Bible College when I was in elementary school and it is truly through God’s leading that I started as an adjunct in 1990, becoming a full-timer in 1993."

  • On a personal note, Jim and I were married in 1976 and have two daughters (a Corban grad and a Biola grad). I’m from Seattle and need a Seattle “fix” on a regular basis. I enjoy traveling, quilting, and reading (mysteries, classics – most anything!). I‘m babysitting a gorgeous harp, and one day I will take lessons! I’m always up for a good play, musical, or symphony concert.
