  • Began teaching at Corban in 2003.

  • 6th grade teacher in Mt. Angel, OR. Substitute teacher in Salem/Keizer and surrounding districts. Migrant Education teacher. Currently pursuing Ed.D from George Fox University with an emphasis in ESOL and technology.

  • Currently Beth disciples a group of twelve 8th grade girls and am involved in the Cause youth ministry at Salem Heights Church. Annual missions trips to a Navajo Indian reservation in Arizona have been a highlight of her youth work. She is also a member of NMSA (National Middle School Association)

  • "Teaching college students is a lot like teaching middle schoolers; they just have bigger bodies. But seriously, I am encouraged by the quality individuals in our education program and confident they will make a difference for Christ in the lives of the young people they serve.

I love to travel, especially to Spanish speaking countries on mission trips. I enjoy photography and scapbooking as well as shopping, cooking, organizing, watching old movies, learning new skills like playing the guitar and trying new things like rock climbing. Mostly I enjoy interacting with a variety of people —colleagues, family, peers, students and friends," Beth said.
