Due to continued growth, the Pavilion Classroom building was designated for a major remodel in the summer of 2005 and was ready for fall classes. Upgrades included HVAC (heat and air condition system replacing steam radiators), carpet, paint, doors, and major renovation of structural members. The 87-year-old building was originally part of the Oregon State TB Hospital's facilities.
