Former President Miller hospitalized
April 20, 2009
Former president David F. Miller, D. Min., is currently experiencing significant health challenges. The Corban community extends our concern and prayers to him and his family during these difficult days. Miller was diagnosed with Lymphoma around 2003 and received treatment. He has been in remission until more recently when he has again been battling the disease. He was admitted to Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, California, for an intense series of treatments. Following two weeks of in-patient treatment he was transferred to a nearby hotel to be near the medical facility where closer monitoring could take place for an additional period of time. He is expected to return to Walnut Creek to spend the next phase of his recovery at home.
Update: Late word received is that Dr. Miller is now recovering at home.
