Corban moves up to eighth in Top Ten Best in the West
Corban College has been ranked 8th by U.S. News & World Report in its Top Ten category for comprehensive colleges in the West.
Every year, U.S. News & World Report’s America’s Best Colleges edition scores colleges on a mix of factors, including reputation among peers, student retention and faculty resources. The 2007 edition was released the end of August.
Corban has been ranked in the top 10 in the West for the last five years. It was ranked ninth last year. Offering 45 majors and programs of study, it’s the only Christian college in the Northwest to be ranked in the West’s top 10.
Top finishers above Corban are first-ranked Linfield College, followed by Carroll College in Montana, Master’s College and Seminary in California, Brigham Young University in Hawaii, Texas Lutheran University and Vanguard University of Southern California.
