Students checking in for the 2004-05 school year were greeted with a warm enthusiastic welcome from staff and faculty.

Two returning students who were eager to be on campus once again both agreed that Western Baptist has both changed their lives and allowed their faith in the Lord to grow further.

Kari Swenson, a junior, said her fellowship with her “amazing Christian friends has had a huge impact” in her life. "Western is the place to grow spiritually and learn a ton about what is most important in life—your relationship with God.”

" Anyone who knew me before I came here will agree, Western has changed my life,” said Seth Burke, a senior. "My love for Christ has deepened as my faith has been strengthened through the guidance from God’s word. It’s exciting to be back.”

With the addition of a the new graduate studies program and expected increases in the Adult Studies and Degree Completion programs, Dr. Bryce Bernard, Vice President for Academics, says the total number of students may possibly be slightly higher than last year.

“Having the students back is always a great feeling.”
