International author Dr. Danielle Jones to read at Corban

    and writing.

 

Join writer and professor Dr. Danielle Jones as she reads from her creative nonfiction work on March 7 in the Psalm Performing Arts Center at Corban University.

As a professor of world literature and a Russian scholar, Jones has had the opportunity to travel around the globe. Jones will share stories of her travels to Kenya, Africa and to Russia and the insights, struggles and lessons learned through her writing.

Jones works for the University of Montana Western in Dillon, Mont. where she lives with her husband and daughter. She has a Ph.D. in Poetry and MFA in Creative Nonfiction. She is currently completing a manuscript, “Mother Russia, Father Time,” that chronicles the nine months she spent in Tver, Russia fighting the local court system to allow her to adopt her daughter Angelika.
