Griff Lindell to speak at events in Albany and Eugene
November 20, 2012
On Dec. 13 P. Griffith Lindell, Corban’s Dean of the School of Business, will challenge business owners to consider whether turning a profit or serving the “Prophet” are mutually exclusive ideas.
The discussion titled “Profit or Prophet? What Have You Been Called to Do?” will help answer this question and more at two Christian Chamber of Commerce Northwest presentations in Albany and Eugene.
“I will present a strategy of how to develop the kind of attitude that produces profit without a hint of ownership or self-centeredness,” Lindell said. “You will learn how to be committed to stewardship, as someone well-invested for the owner of those things He has given to you to care for.”
Lindell is the author of 10 books, some of which are currently being used as curriculum in the School of Business. This includes Lindell’s soon to be published book, “Developing a Serving-leader Attitude.”
The chamber event in Albany will be held at Novak’s Hungarian Restaurant at 2306 Heritage Way. Check-in starts at 7:15 a.m. Pre-register for this event by clicking here.
