What is the focus of the degree?

The Curriculum & Instruction emphasis will enhance your leadership ability. You will explore relevant curriculum issues and expand your understanding of current educational research. Through Corban University you will have the benefit of a biblical perspective while expanding your knowledge to become an even more effective teacher.

What are the advantages of the Curriculum and Instruction track?

There is room for electives that content area teachers can use for sharpening content area expertise, or to gain experience in ESOL or literacy strategies.  Also, teachers who received their teaching license through the Graduate Teacher Licensure program at Corban can transfer in as many as 12 units into this degree track.
