Individual Visit Request Form

Visit Information:

You may schedule an Individual visit on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9 a.m.–2:30 p.m. These visits include the requirements necessary for the $500 visit scholarship. Other days and times may be requested during the weekdays, but will not qualify for the visit scholarship. Holiday tours (including summer) are scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. We request 48 hours notice to schedule all visits.
