Office of Marketing & Communications
The Office of Marketing & Communications is located in the uphill wing of the Academic Center on the 3rd floor, Room 3319. Here you will find the office for the vice president for marketing and the communications office offering services including copy writing, graphic design, web design, photography, media relations, KWBX radio, emergency lock down post and a full service copy center.
Advertising
The Marketing & Communications office works with the media to place paid advertisements in local and national publications. The office is also responsible for the design of the advertisement to ensure compliance with graphic standards and publication requirements. If you are interested in placing an advertisement for an event contact the Marketing & Communications office.
Press Releases
The Marketing & Communications office is responsible for generating and distributing all of the college’s press releases. If your event is of interest to the general public, you may submit a request for a press release to the V.P. of Marketing. "Whassup" is a daily public event announcement broadcast twice and hour, on the college radio station, KWBX 90.3 fm, Air1, and is included in the event press release. It is recommended to submit your request at least one month before the event to ensure placement and time on-air. The service is free to churches and non profit agencies.

Public Relations
"The methods and activities employed to establish and promote a favorable relationship with the public," and "a promotion intended to create goodwill for a person or institution," as defined by Webster's Dictionary are the intentions of the Marketing & Communications office at Corban. PR defines how the public perceives Corban and is essential in communicating our mission and purpose "to educate Christians to make a difference in the world for Jesus Christ."
Graphic Design
The Marketing & Communications office offers graphic design services to each department of the college. The graphic standards of Corban are an important aspect to the overall image of the college and are carefully implemented by the Marketing & Communications office through our on-site graphic designers. If departments have a project they would like to submit, this can be done through our online Project Request form.
Web Site
Corban's web site is designed, maintained and updated by the Marketing & Communications office. All departments and offices may send web changes to the Communications office using the Web Change Request Form. Please download and fill out the request form:

Inside CORBAN
Inside CORBAN (IC) is the bi-weekly newsletter issued during each pay period for Corban employees and is produced by the Marketing & Communications Office. IC informs employees of news within the college community about personnel updates, praises and celebration, message from the president, prayer requests, and items for sale. To have your update printed in this newsletter, please email kclarke @corban.edu before Wednesday of each pay period week. Information should be written to employees, for employees, and about employees.
CORBAN Magazine
CORBAN magazine is sent to Alumni and friends of Corban College four times a year. CORBAN contains updates and event information for the alumni association, news about the college, and stories about people who are carrying out the mission of the College. Copy Center
