Graduation Clearance: Undergraduate Students
Requirements:
Graduation application approved by your advisor (major/minor) and the registrar.
Completion of the Church and Community Service Requirements:
Students are encouraged to have 5 of the 6 credits completed by the end of the first semester of the senior year. All CCS requirements must be completed by April 1st of the senior year.
Complete all surveys, inventories and departmental or institutional assessments as requested.
Favorable vote of the faculty.
Incompletes:
All incomplete grades must be completed and grades must be filed with the registrar before the end of the term in which graduation is planned.
Participation in graduation:
It is expected that all graduating students will be present at the commencement except in cases of extreme emergency or circumstances beyond their control. Notice to graduate in absentia must be given to the registrar well in advance. In order to participate in commencement exercises, a student must have completed all degree requirements (including Church and Community Service).
