What information do I need to place an order?

Let a member of the Bookstore staff know the course number and professor’s name for the courses in which you are enrolling.

How can I purchase or order my books?

  1. Send an email to Heather Martin, Bookstore Manager, at hmartin@corban.edu. A member of the Bookstore staff will confirm the details of your order.
  2. Call to order at 503-375-7035 or toll fee 1-800-845-3005 ext 7035.3.
  3. Come in to the Bookstore. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

How will the Bookstore actually get my books to me?

  1. We can ship them to your address. Shipping rates vary depending upon the size of your purchase, but a Bookstore staff member can tell you how much shipping will cost when you place your order.
  2. You can pick them up on-campus. (see hours of operation above)

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cash or personal check
  • Credit Cards: VISA or MasterCard (sorry, not American Express)
  • Charge your Student Account (If you are receiving financial aid and expect to have funds in excess of your tuition and fees, we’ll charge the book order to your student account. You will need to supply your Student ID number and sign a charge receipt. That’s it!) Only available without approval during the first two weeks of class (including the two registration days).

What if I need to return my books for some reason?

  • Textbooks can be returned until one week after classes begin. Returns are allowed with original receipt only. Check with Bookstore staff for restrictions and conditions.
  • For schedule changes or withdrawals, returns are allowed for one week from the drop date. You will need to provide official documentation from the registrar to make this kind of return.
