KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Corban's women's cross country team concluded its season ranked No. 33 in the final NAIA coaches' poll that was released today therefore finding itself ranked in each of the final six polls that were released by the Kansas City-based national office.

With the announcement of today's final coaches' poll, the Warriors have been ranked for 34 straight days and Corban has seen its name among the nation's elite for 374 of the past 396 days, including an unbelievable string of 330 straight from October 18, 2006 until September 11, 2007.

This past weekend, Corban competed at the NAIA Region I Championships and were led by senior All-Region member Danielle Jordan (Medford, Ore.), who finished 8th individually and probably will be announced on Tuesday as one of the region's individual qualifiers for this year's NAIA Championships.

Along with Jordan, sophomore teammate Carli Moller (Vancouver, Wash.) is looking to compete at this year's NAIA Championships following her 20th place showing individually this past weekend.

Corban joins fellow Cascade Collegiate Conference members Eastern Oregon (No. 16) and The College of Idaho (No. 28) in this week's poll, as well as a trio of fellow NAIA Region I members -- four-time defending NAIA champions Simon Fraser (No. 1), British Columbia (tied for No. 8), and Lewis-Clark State (No. 21).

Since the NAIA national office released Rating #4, Corban has been ranked 26th (Oct. 3), 31st (Oct. 10), 30th (Oct. 17), 29th (Oct. 24), 30th (Oct. 31st), and 33rd (Nov. 5) this season.

This is the seventh time in the past 11 rankings that Corban has appeared in the top 35 in the nation. The Warriors' program-best ranking of 16th came when last year's final coaches' poll was released on November 6th en route to Corban qualifying for its first-ever NAIA Championship.
