The difference in the second half came at the free throw line, as Cascade connected on 9-of-17 shots at the charity stripe. Meanwhile, Corban went to the free throw line a mere four times and made 50.0% (2-for-4).
Along with their point totals, Goette and Steigleman led the Warriors' rebounding effort as Goette pulled down a team-high eight boards while Steigleman grabbed five rebounds.
Cascade was led by reigning CCC Player of the Week Robin Swain, who scored a game-high 23 points on 6-for-14 shooting from the field to go along with an 8-for-11 performance at the free throw line. Along with Swain, Te Awhina Aranui added 15 points and a game-high 16 rebounds.
As a team, Corban shot 25-for-64 (39.1%) from the field including 2-for-14 (14.3%) from behind the three-point line and a mere 6-for-8 (75.0%) from the free throw line. On the other hand, Cascade was 22-for-55 (40.0%) from the field that included performances of 4-for-18 (22.2%) from beyond the arc and 15-for-25 (60.0%) from the charity stripe.
