PORTLAND, Ore. - Corban College's softball team had its season come to an end Sunday at the 2006 Cascade Collegiate Conference post-season tournament thanks to losses to Concordia, 5-2, and Eastern Oregon, 8-2, at Delta Park.

One batter later, Shelamer knotted the game at 2-apiece with a 2-RBI single.

With the score tied at 2-2, the Mountaineers scored 6 unanswered runs on 5 hits and shut down the Warrior bats over the final three innings to eliminate Corban and end its season.

On the afternoon, Shelamer, Batey, and Santie recorded the Warriors' lone hits, while freshman starter Erin Sailors (Anchorage, Alaska) went the first 5 2/3 innings and allowed 8 earned runs on 8 hits before handing the ball over to Hiatt.
