Corban College Athletics is committed to fielding teams of Christian student athletes who represent Christ and the College at a top level of competition. Athletics at Corban exists to integrate and enhance the mission of the College, while providing student-athletes and the college community opportunities for spiritual, academic, and athletic growth and development. We understand, from the Christian perspective, that competition is healthy for growing maturing Christians.
Student-athletes who are fortunate enough to be a Warrior are provided and challenged with enriched, quality, and competitive intercollegiate athletic opportunities at a national level.
Personal growth is highly emphasized and enhanced by combining spiritual truth into athletic and academic achievement. Coaches actively recruit student-athletes who are committed to developing Christlike character through discipline, teamwork, competition, and ministry. It is a primary goal that all our young men and women display that character and attitude toward opponents, spectators, officials and the community. Student-athletes at Corban can expect to be challenged, instructed, encouraged and mentored in the process of growing and living life in the image of Jesus Christ.
As a member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference, Corban is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), Region I. Warrior teams compete in women's basketball, cross country, distance track, golf, soccer, softball, and volleyball along with the men's sports of basketball, baseball, cross country, distance track, golf, and soccer.
Corban has claimed 13 conference titles since all Warrior sports joined the CCC in 1994. Other Conference members include: Albertson College, Cascade College, Concordia University, Eastern Oregon University, The Evergreen State College, Northwest University, Oregon Institute of Technology, Southern Oregon University, and Warner Pacific College.
Corban College is also an associate member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) whose mission is to use athletic competition as an integral component of education, evangelism and encouragement.
Being a Warrior at Corban College is truly an outstanding spiritual and academic experience.
