This is the first time that the Warrior trio of Nelson, Frantz, and Emery were named to the team, as Nelson earned honors at first base, Frantz at designated hitter, and Emery at starting pitcher.

Nelson led Corban in hitting (.386), at-bats (153), hits (59), doubles (10), home runs (6), runs batted in (36), total bases (87), and on-base percentage (.439).  From his defensive position at first base, the 6-foot-3 Lebanon High School graduate led the Warriors in putouts (330) and fielding percentage (.994), while committing only 2 errors in 39 games.  Nelson ranked in the top 5 in the conference in six categories – batting average (2nd), slugging percentage (2nd), hits (3rd), runs batted in (tied for 4th), home runs (tied for 2nd), and put outs (2nd).

Frantz played dual roles as both catcher and designated hitter, while recording 49 hits in 141 at-bats to finish second on the team in hitting (.348).  The 6-foot-3 junior recorded career-highs in hits (49), at-bats (141), runs (19), doubles (7), home runs (5), runs batted in (30), total bases (71), and on-base percentage (.408).

Emery anchored Corban’s pitching staff thanks to a team-best in wins (5), games started (11-tie), complete games (5), innings pitched (71.1), and strikeouts (46).  The 6-foot-3 right hander allowed 32 earned runs in 70-plus innings for an earned run average of 4.04, which was good for second on the staff.  Among the conference leaders, Emery ranked in the top 5 in three categories – innings pitched (5th), wins (tied for 4th), and games started (tied for 2nd).

McGraw appeared in and started all 39 games at the lead off spot and recorded 45 hits in 147 at-bats en route to finishing 5th on the team in batting (.306).  The speedy center fielder led the team in runs scored (38), triples (2), walks (22), and stolen bases (10).  In his first season at Corban, McGraw was ranked in the top 5 in the conference in runs scored (5th) and walks (3rd).
