Fill out your Referral Form (required with application). At the bottom of the application form you will find course registration information. Please note that core courses are required with few exceptions as per decided with your Faculty Advisor and/or Registrar.
If you prefer, you may also download and print the Application and Referral forms and send them via mail. Note: You will need Adobe Reader to view and print these forms.
