Online Giving: Corban Exchange
Online giving is now available. It’s easy, safe and efficient. Online giving provides you full control over when and how much you give. Below are answers to commonly asked questions about online giving. Q. Why make donations online?
A. The two greatest benefits to your making a gift online are convenience and immediacy. Online giving is very easy and you can do it from literally anywhere. All you need is a personal computer and access to the Web. Online giving is immediate – you have full control over when you give.
Q. Is online giving secure?
A. Online giving is just as secure as giving your gift in person. CORBAN EXCHANGE uses up-to-date security procedures and data encryption to make sure your payment information remains secure. All funds are transferred electronically to minimize the chance of transfer errors. CORBAN EXCHANGE makes use of secure connections and systems along with routine backups and integrity checks. You can be sure your gift will be received and counted into the Corban Fund because the funds come directly from your bank account into the University's account. There’s no chance for losing an envelope or incorrectly adding numbers.
Q. How will I know that Corban has received my gift?
A. Upon submitting your online gift, you will receive immediate verification by e-mail. In addition, within seven business days the University will send you by regular mail an official Corban receipt for tax purposes.
Q. How do I get started?
A. Simply click here: CORBAN EXCHANGE and you will enter a registration form that will guide you through the steps of making an online gift. The form requires your name, complete mailing address, email address and home telephone.
If using a credit or debit card, you will need to know your card number, its expiration date and the three-digit V-Code that is located on the back of your card. Once the registration form is complete, simply press SUBMIT and the transaction is done.
