Weekend College Registration
Registration for On-Campus Classes
- Complete the registration form; include entire tuition payment and mail to the Adult Degree Programs Office. If you prefer, you may call the Adult Degree Programs office to register by phone (503-375-7590). Classes are limited; it is to your benefit to register early. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration to ensure a place in the class.
- Cash, checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Do not mail cash.
- The course syllabus, map, and any other necessary materials will be mailed to your home.
- Visit the college bookstore to purchase required text and materials. Call the bookstore at 503-375-7035 to verify store hours and costs. It is important that students purchase text and materials and complete preparation assignments prior to class starting.
- Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. Please arrive 15 minutes early on the first day of class to complete registration. Registration takes place in Schimmel Hall.
- Tuition is partially refundable only if the Adult Degree Programs Office is notified prior to the first class session. In the event of an emergency on the first day of class, tuition is partially refunded only if the Adult Degree Programs Office is notified by 9:00 a.m. on the following Monday. All partial refunds reflect a $50 non-refundable processing fee.
Registration for Online Classes
- Complete the registration form; include entire tuition payment and mail to the Adult Studies Office. You may also register by phone at 1-800-764-1383. There is a limit of 10 students per online class; it is to your benefit to register early. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration to ensure a place in the class.
- Cash, checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Do not mail cash.
- The course syllabus, including textbook information, will be sent to you via email upon receipt of tuition payment.
- Call the college bookstore (503-375-7035) to purchase required text and materials. It is important that students purchase text and materials and complete preparation assignments prior to class starting.
- At the start of class, a welcome announcement will be posted in your online course in Converge.
- Tuition is refundable only if the Adult Studies Office is notified prior to the first class session. In the event of an emergency on the first day of class, tuition is refunded only if the Adult Studies Office is notified by 9:00 a.m. on the following Monday. All refunds reflect a $50 non-refundable processing fee.
