Business: Business & Organizational Leadership Major

What can I do with this degree?
Graduates of Corban’s Bachelor's in Business have accepted positions in the fields of banking, accounting, marketing, management and lay ministries. Graduates have also gone on to graduate schools to get degrees in education, business, management and more.

What is the focus of this degree?
The Business and Organizational Leadership major is designed to develop leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills while keeping your Christian perspective and your professional goals in mind. In every class you will be encouraged to relate classroom principles directly to your unique experience and job situations. The Business and Organizational Leadership major will give you ‘hands on’ knowledge to apply theory in your current work situations.

What are the Graduation Requirements?

  • Total credits required to graduate: 128 semester hours
  • Liberal Studies General Education: 50 semester hours*
  • Electives: 38 semester hours*
  • Major Courses: 40 semester hours

* Many students transfer these credits in.

Students must complete a minimum of 40 semester hours through Corban.

What credits can I transfer to Corban?
Put your previous college credits to good use! At Corban University you can transfer up to 88* semester credits (132 quarter credits) towards your graduation requirements. It doesn't matter how long ago you went to school, your credits can be transferred to Corban University.

You may also be eligible for college credits through CLEP tests and Prior Learning Assessment. To find out how many credits you may already have towards graduation contact an admissions counselor.
