BA 453 - Organizations and Environments -- Focuses on organizational structure and design, and the impact of environment on the organization as a system. (3) Module 2
BA 332 -- Marketing Concepts -- Explores core concepts of marketing and the application of strategic planning in the development of competitive market coverage. Module 3
CO 413 - Effective Interpersonal Relations and Communication -- Organizational behavior as it relates to individual motivation and performance. (3) Module 4
BA 334 -- Managing Organizational Budgets -- Covers the basics of forecasting, planning, building, presenting and tracking budgets. Module 5
TH 423 - Christian Faith and the Modern World -- Explores the integration of Christian faith with the workplace, relationships, and other life experiences. (3) Module 6
