Music
Program Overview
The mission of the music department of Corban College is to help Christian students develop the musical skills, professional
knowledge, and Biblical values they need to serve God and the people
of our world effectively, representing Christ in life, ministry, and
service.

Corban supplies various venues for performances. This includes
formal and informal recitals, choir and band concerts, chapel worship,
touring ensembles, and Christmas Showcase. Students perform as soloists,
group members, and accompanists.

Minors
Students at Corban can choose to Minor in Music. Details
about the requirements to earn a Minor in a specific music discipline
are available in the Music Department. You may also access information in the online catalog beginning on page 78 of the second section of academic programs.
Interdisciplinary
Students can design a degree program around their
specific interests and life goals that would include study in Music
combined with other disciplines at the college. These programs are
specific to the needs of each student and are designed in cooperation
with the student and appropriate faculty advisors.
